when was trying to kick my fren from behind during sparing
she turned around smashed her knee into my right calf
hopped awayy
then tried to walk
but i fell when my right foot touched the ground
had to sit down for 10+ mins to soothe the pain with supervision of senior
then tried to stand up
could walk but with a limp!
it was pain but i didnt cry

my mama massage for mi
now its better
but still limping slightly
now i noe how della feels if she injures herself during training
